TRIPADVISOR REVIEWS

  •   I stayed at Enkorok Camp during a three-day Masai Mara safari. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm facecloth (much needed after a dusty drive), a cool drink and... read more a group of friendly staff. The camp had incredible views (star gazing, anyone?), attentive staff, and amazing food. The buffet was always well appointed, with some of the most delicious, well-seasoned soups I’ve ever had. My tent had the perfect mixture of “outdoor camping ambiance” with touches of class (for example, the daily tea service which was set out for me). The room was fresh and clean, with crisp linens and a comfortable bed. I just needed to remember to let the shower water run long enough for the hot water to appear! Finally, I can’t say enough about the staff. With local Maasai residents working at the camp, there was a certain pride and honour communicated to guests. One staff member even walked me to his nearby village to give me a quick tour. Highly recommended! More

I can say it was... read more an experience we shall never forget, especially the night visits by the zebras outside our family tent(we heard them as late as 2am), and the roaring lion. I would like to thank all the staff, Carol for the smooth booking and the surprise song and dance with birthday cake for the September baby, Arnold at front office, the waiters and chefs for the natural tasty food, Director Joyce for even taking time to meet us on our way back. Martin our pilot and guide, you can be sure the boys will never forget the fun you put them through, maneuvering the wild terrain to ensure we caught a glimpse of the wild animals. Thank you for your explanation on the life of all the animals, birds and origin of the names. Very insightful/educative.
You can be sure we will be back to Enkorok Mara Camp. Ashe!!

  •   We stay at the Enkorok Mara Camp for 2 nights during our trip to Masai Mara. To get there you need to take a very bumpy road so make sure... read more you have a good car. The camp itself was great: the big tents are awesome. It feels like sleeping outside but you still have a tent that resembles a regular room. The food in the accommodation as well as our lunch boxes were delicious and the staff was always super friendly and helpful.
    Can really recommend Enkorok.

Our lodging was better than the 3 AirBNB's where we stayed for 6 other nights... read more of our trip in Nairobi and Mombasa! The attention to detail was GREAT! We were treated to fabulous meals, including choices for breakfast, great coffee, very affordable adult beverages. But the room was awesome! Great water pressure, great hot water, SO clean, plenty of toilet paper, and BEAUTIFUL!!!! The beds were so comfortable. The staff was so attentive. They walked us to/from our room/tent when it was dark, always asked us if we wanted more food (wow!), and were so sweet! Joyce was there overseeing the construction of a swimming pool! We did not have to worry about bugs or being too cold or too hot. It was just great. At one dinner, we were even treated to a traditional Masai dance (there was a CUTE couple there in their 70's (?) who were on their honeymoon)! Do not look any further for somewhere to stay. If you are booking with a safari tour company, ask them if you are staying here. (BTW, we booked with Peter Weru for our safari and were SO pleased with these accommodations.) LOVE LOVE LOVE! •   We stayed at Enkorok and they arranged our 4 day safari. Firstly the communication / organisation was fantastic and they answered all my questions. The camp was really nice and... read more tents felt like glamping with a comfy bed, hot shower and toilet. The food was good with a few different choices and staff were very helpful. For our safari we had a massai as our driver which was a great experience. Safari was amazing and he couldn’t do enough for us ensuring we was happy at all times.

Definitely recommend. If you can request a driver request ‘Laciti’ he was amazing!
