TRIPADVISOR REVIEWS

  •   My sister-in-law and I traveled to Nairobi, Kenya December 6 - 16, 2020. We spent 2 nights at Enkarok and did 2 game drives, where we saw every African... read more animal you can imagine! Our stay at Enkarok was phenomenal! Beds were SO comfortable, water in the shower was HOT, and the food was delicious! My only regret was that we had to leave after just 2 nights. If you book a safari, consider staying an extra day to just enjoy the camp. It's beautiful!

  •   My sister-in-law and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a mini-safari! Our lodging was better than the 3 AirBNB's where we stayed for 6 other nights... read more of our trip in Nairobi and Mombasa! The attention to detail was GREAT! We were treated to fabulous meals, including choices for breakfast, great coffee, very affordable adult beverages. But the room was awesome! Great water pressure, great hot water, SO clean, plenty of toilet paper, and BEAUTIFUL!!!! The beds were so comfortable. The staff was so attentive. They walked us to/from our room/tent when it was dark, always asked us if we wanted more food (wow!), and were so sweet! Joyce was there overseeing the construction of a swimming pool! We did not have to worry about bugs or being too cold or too hot. It was just great. At one dinner, we were even treated to a traditional Masai dance (there was a CUTE couple there in their 70's (?) who were on their honeymoon)! Do not look any further for somewhere to stay. If you are booking with a safari tour company, ask them if you are staying here. (BTW, we booked with Peter Weru for our safari and were SO pleased with these accommodations.) LOVE LOVE LOVE! Oh, I almost forgot....there a fire pit lit at night with benches and you can use the a blanket on your bed to wrap up to walk to dinner if... The... read more restaurant was nice - nothing special but everything felt really authentic. Drinking water was provided for free which is exceptional to our experience. •   Stayed at the Enkorok for two nights and loved the pleasant hospitality of the Masai team members. From taking care of House Keeping to helping us with the porter services... read more and also dressing up for the entertainment in the evening, they were perfect examples of multi tasking.

The only negative was the wifi which did not work for most part of the stay inspite of the claim by the hotel that they have uninterrupted connectivity.

The highlight was the entertainment by the Masai team members and the visit of a group of zebra every night at our camp.
